Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our professional construction fasteners. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our framing nails, finishing nails, or other products, we offer a simple returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Important: For safety and hygiene reasons, nail guns and opened packages of nails/staples cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please inspect your heavy duty staples, galvanised staples, and bare units upon arrival.

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Gloucester facility at your expense (we recommend using a trackable shipping service):

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Exchanges Process

Follow the same steps as the returns process, clearly stating in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Please specify your desired replacement product from our range of framing nails, finishing nails, or other fasteners.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For free shipping orders over £50, £12.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items (including nail guns with manufacturing flaws):

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for quality control purposes
