Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, nail guns and opened packages of nails/staples cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please inspect your heavy duty staples, galvanised staples, and bare units upon arrival.

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Gloucester facility at your expense (we recommend using a trackable shipping service):

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Exchanges Process

Follow the same steps as the returns process, clearly stating in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Please specify your desired replacement product from our range of framing nails, finishing nails, or other fasteners.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For free shipping orders over $50, $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.
